The Frosted Glass Look

Materials:  Lumina Clay, White Hearty Clay, clay roller, clay scissors, plastic container, water, brush, water based varnish, rubber stamp, Twinkling H20’s (water colors),  white craft glue, ribbon and your glass container.

 Directions:

1.   Remove a small amount of Lumina Clay and dilute it with water.  It should be the consistency of skim milk.

2.   Make sure your glass container is clean.  Brush on your first layer of clay slurry.  Let dry.  Repeat process until you have placed   layers on glass.  Let layers completely dry.  This will dry very quickly.  If you want to color this, may do so at this time.

 3.   Seal with a water-based varnish.

 4.   Roll out white Hearty Clay to 1/8” thickness on the Clay Roller Kit.

 5.   Stamp woman (the stamp I used is from Stamps Happen).

 6.   Cut out, and paint with Twinkling H20’s.

 7.   Let dry.

 8.   Attach ribbon around glass, and glue clay embellishment  (I made a complete setting of these and placed candles in these for my table.)
