Animals on Parade

 Materials needed: 
Assorted colors of Hearty® Clay, clay cutters, clay scissors, clay roller kit, white glue and magnets

 Directions:

1.         Roll out various colors of clay.  Use the circle cutters, and cut various sizes.  The kids will start layering, tweaking, cutting and stripping and coiling.

2.         When they layer, wet clay to wet clay will bond but needs some pinching when placing layers on top of each other.  You can also bond using a little white glue.

3.         Allow to dry and then glue magnets on the animals.

4.         Trust me – just show the kids the pictures of these creations and they will take off!
